Well Forged and Bright Hearts with Far and Wide.
We will, wherever possible, visit the young person where they live. This ideally happens early on in the these interventions so that they can share the reality of their lives with their mentor or practitioner.
We accept referrals from Schools, medical and allied health practitioners, parents care givers and sometimes even young people themselves.
